Friday:

Did 3 x 2 @ 95lb OHS with 10 second pause at bottom. That really got me loose and comfortable down there!

WOD: score was 27.  I have to work on getting back into position on TnG Snatches.

Saturday:

Felt sluggish on the 2k row, finished about 10 seconds off PR pace.  Time was 22:54

Monday:

DL felt awful, I blame the fact that I had running shoes on.  Got on my toes and almost brok emy back.  did 2 x 320lbs in strength

WOD: finished in 12:43.  Getting better at Wall Balls.
