5 minute bike warm up
Leg Press 5 x 10 (@100 on the machine)
Push-ups: 5 x 15
Tabata Sprints with Treadmill set at 12% incline  – 7.8 mph

Those tabata sprints were BRUTAL

CrossFit Class

Pre-Class

Skill work on Double Unders, Muscle ups, and a few bar muscle ups

Was able to get 3 Ring Muscle Ups, still trying to string two together.

Then:

1-12-16

Power Cleans: Worked up to 175 and nailed it

Power Jerks : Got 165, MAYBE could have done more but Liked where I was

WOD: 7:50 RX; did not feel good at all during this wod. Had thought I could be right around 5 minutes and I just went caput.  My cleans were not going as well as I had hoped they would.  Disappointed in my performance today.
