WOD
This week my nutrition and water drinking game have been on point (am I too old to say on fleek?) and this was a really good workout to test my breathing. Coach Matt blew me out of the water in the first run and through the first round, made me realize where I need to be for all four rounds. Push-ups were weak, pull-ups were not bad but I should have gotten on the bar faster (maybe take 1 minute off my final time), squats were terrible in first round but progrssivly got better as I warmed up, and sit-ups were easy.
