Previous attempts at increasing my shoulder press numbers have failed miserably.  It is the most difficult strength for me to really push, never could quite figure out why. This time around I took the wendler program seriously and I am hoping to push up 125lbs which would be a 5lb increase on my 120lb PR (which is actually about 10 lbs heavier than it was this time last year).

Deadlift is a scary lift for me.  Form is paramount in avoiding injury and at super high weights that form can break down.  My PR in this lift is 385; and last month I pulled 365 so I’m hoping to be heavier than 365.  Nothing super specific here.
