Today was a day where I just was not feeling it. I felt tired, run down but still NEEDED to workout. My results showed it too.

Lunch:  Meeting at work prohibited lunch time workout

Pre-Class: Bench Press Wendler Cycle 1: 65% (120) x 5; 75% (140) x 5;  85%(160) x max effort.  I got 10 before failing.  Still need to continue working on my bench press abilities/form.

CrossFit

Strength: Wendler Cycle 1: 80 x 5, 90 x 5, 100 x max effort.  Again got 10. Not really happy with this today.

This was brutal. I went 20, 18, 16, 16, 14, 14, 14, 14, 14, 14

This was a humbling experience to say the least. I THOUGHT I was a good rower and could do this at 20 cals all the way through.  NOPE.  A big fat nopity nope nope. Got a lot of work to do.  But to find the positive, I did make sure to do every round of wall balls unbroken. Today was just not my day.  Got to attack tomorrow!
