My Workouts

My preferred method of keeping my body physically fit is through CrossFit.  There are a number of workouts with names in this type of programming, it is here that I will track my times and weights.  Although I prefer CrossFit, I do not think it is right for everyone, but whatever program you use be sure to track your progress.   In order to make sure i’m continuing to make progress I like to track my workouts.
